What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, apple/ google pay, or Venmo. I do not carry change so it must be exact amount if paying with cash.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
I do not require a deposit to book an appointment. A credit card on file is required to book but will not be charged unless of a no call no show or last-minute cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must reschedule or cancel with at least 24-hour notice. If cancelled without a 24-hour notice, more than 15 minutes late or no call no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service.
How do I book an appointment ?
I use Square so you can book an appointment using the link in my bio. If you are unsure what service to book, please send me a message!
Where can I park?
There is a free parking lot in front of the salon, the entrance on Ryland. There is parking along our the building coming up the alley way. Signs will say Sweet Beauty Lounge Parking. Please read the signs before to make sure you are not parked along or in the Alpine Locks building spots.
Can I bring friends/partners to my appointment?
Please do not bring extra to your appointment as there is not extra sitting room in the salon suit.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in! I do suggest avoiding collared shirts, turtleneck shirts and hoodies. Wearing layers is also suggested!
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
I ask clients to wash their hair 24-48 hours before their scheduled appointment. The hair does need to be clean and dry for best results with color. All services do include a wash and style so no need to wash your hair morning of
