What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple/Google Pay, or Venmo. I do not carry change, so it must be an exact amount if paying with cash.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
I do not require a deposit to book an appointment. A credit card on file is required to book, but will not be charged unless there is a no-call, no-show or last-minute cancellation.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must reschedule or cancel with at least 24-hour’s notice. If cancelled without a 24-hour notice, more than 15 minutes late or no call no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service.
How do I book an appointment?
I use Square so you can book an appointment using the link in my bio. If you are unsure what service to book, please fill out a new client consultation form! If you prefer to skip the digital form, book for an in person consulation.
Where can I park?
There is a free parking lot in front of the salon, the entrance on Ryland. There is parking along the building coming up the alleyway. Signs will say Sweet Beauty Lounge Parking. Please read the signs beforehand to make sure you are not parked along or in the Alpine Locks building spots.
Can I bring friends/partners to my appointment?
Please do not bring extra to your appointment, as there is no extra sitting room next to my station.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever you are comfortable in! I do suggest avoiding collared shirts, turtleneck shirts and hoodies. Wearing layers is also suggested!
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
I ask clients to wash their hair 24-48 hours before their scheduled appointment. The hair does need to be clean and dry for the best results with color. Most services do include a wash and style, so no need to wash your hair the morning of.
